Primary goal of the R&D presented is creation of semiconductor single-photon detectors.
According to requirements specifications the developed detector must possess the following basic features:
- detection of single photons at 1550nm wavelength;
- work under room environmental conditions, without cooling liquids;
- principal parameters specified below:
